Newspaper Articles
For many years, Arthur wrote a weekly article for the local paper, The Faversham News. Each article looked at a different aspect of Faversham history, accompanied by photographs from his extensive collection. Arthur usually wrote the articles in 'pairs', before submitting them for publication. The last two articles were written on the 15th November 2014, before he died on the 16th November 2014, with the last two being published posthumously. Typically, Arthur busy to the last! Photocopies of the newspaper pages containing the articles have been digitised; an example is shown below. Some pages are not quite 'square' and have the odd words missing, but are legible.
